Enjoy a classic, small town 4tho f July celebration. Each year nearly 10,000 people travel to Carnation to enjoy an authentic small town Indepence Day celebration. The day starts with a pancake breakfast and 5k run, there is a kids parade, strawberry shortcake feast, parade, live music and vendors. The day is capped off with a fabulous fireworks display at Tolt MacDonald Park

Duvall Days
1st Saturday in June, 10am – 10pm, McCormick Park, Main/Stephens Streets, Duvall WA 98019 – website, www.duvallwa.gov/duvalldays.


The Duvall Days Festival, held at beautiful McCormick Park on the banks of the Snoqualmie River, is a family-friendly, fun filled small town experience. The day starts at 8:45 am with 5K flat run and hilly 10K run. The fun continues on Main Street with a Kiddie Parade at 10:30 am followed by the Grand Parade at 11:00. Festivities move from Main Street to McCormick Park where you will find arts and crafts vendors, health and wellness providers, great food and wonderful music. Children’s activities are abundant throughout the festival, including a bounce house carnival. The Big Rock Car Show in the Safeway parking lot, and the Valley Art Show with entries on display in local businesses ensure the festival has something for everyone. The day wraps up with dance music and fireworks.


Sunday brings the Duvall Fire Department’s annual Pancake Breakfast from 7 am – 1 pm at 15600 First Avenue in Duvall.


Sandblast
